Marinated wings in peanut butter


Components

  • 10 chicken wings
  • 2 spoons of peanut butter, velvety
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 2 spoons of soy sauce</li>
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation:

Incise the wings so that they might soak up the spices and completely blend them with all the components. Leave in a refrigerator for a number of hours. Roast in an oven, at 180 deg. C, for about thirty minutes. Serve with rice pasta combined with a drop of soy sauce, crushed peanuts and corn salad.
