Noodle soup with peanuts


Components

  • 125 g noodles/Chinese noodles
  • 1 pak choi
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, carefully sliced
  • 1 lot of spring onions, very finely sliced
  • 150 g carefully sliced smoked chicken
  • 1 l chicken bouillon (from stock cubes)
  • 4 tablespoon soya sauce
  • juice and enthusiasm of 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoon fresh coriander, coarsely sliced
  • 50 g peanuts

Preparation

Prepare the noodles/Chinese noodles till they are al dente, following the guidelines on the package.

Slice the pak choi into thin pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic with the spring onions and the pak choi approx. 3 minutes.

Include the bouillon and simmer the soup for 5 minutes on a low flame/setting.

Include the chopped chicken.

Bring the soup to taste with the soya sauce and lime juice and enthusiasm.

Location the noodles into the soup bowls and put the soup onto them.

Sprinkle on the coriander and peanuts.
